  That the Council of the Municipality of West Grey does now go into a closed session at ____ a.m. with the CAO/Deputy Clerk, Director of Finance/Treasurer, Manager of Planning and Development and the West Grey Chief of Police for the purpose of addressing personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; and for the purpose of a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board.
