  • Recommendation:

    That the Committee of Adjustment approves the minutes of October 27, 2020, as circulated.

  • Recommendation:

    That the Committee of Adjustment receives the report from Planner Spencer, A04.2020 Murray, Elizabeth. The planner recommends that Committee of Adjustment approves the application as the proposal maintains the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan, the general intent and purpose of the municipality’s Zoning Bylaw, is minor in nature, and appropriate for the development of the subject lands.

  • Recommendation:

    That Committee of Adjustment hereby __________(approves/denies) Minor Variance application no. A04/2020, Murray.

  • Recommendation:

    That the Committee of Adjustment receives the report from Planner Spencer, A05.2020 Cover, Gary. The planner recommends that the Committee of Adjustment approves the application as the proposal maintains the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan, the general intent and purpose of the municipality’s Zoning Bylaw, is minor in nature, and appropriate for the development of the subject lands.

  • Recommendation:

    That Committee of Adjustment hereby __________(approves/denies) Minor Variance application No. A05/2020, Cover.

  • Recommendation:

    That Committee of Adjustment accept the report from Planner L. Spencer recommending that the application be denied as it does not conform with the County of Grey Official Plan density policies within the Rural designation and does not conform to the policies identified under 5.4.2 concerning lot creation in identified Aggregate Resource Areas.

  • Recommendation:

    That Committee of Adjustment hereby __________(approves/denies) Consent application No. B08/2020 with conditions as set out in the decision sheet.

  • Recommendation:

    That Committee of Adjustment received Planner L. Spencer’s report wherein application B09.2020 is recommended for refusal for the following reasons:

    • The proposal is not consistent with the PPS as it would create a lot in a prime agricultural designation
    • The proposal does not maintain the general intent and purpose of the County Official Plan based on the agricultural designation and minimum lot sizes

    In the event Committee chooses to provide provisional consent the following conditions should be applied:

    • Payment of any outstanding municipal taxes (if any)
    • Passage of a Zoning by-law amendment
    • Payment of the Zoning by-law amendment fee
    • Confirmation of private services and their ability to serve the single detached dwelling unit
  • Recommendation:

    That Committee of Adjustment hereby __________(approves/denies) Consent application No. B09/2020 with conditions as set out in the decision sheet.

  • Recommendation:

    That Committee of Adjustment received Planner L. Spencer’s report wherein approval of application B10.2020 is recommended subject to the following conditions:

    • Payment of any outstanding municipal taxes on the subject lands (if any)
    • That the severed lands merge with the adjacent lands to the East

  • Recommendation:

    That Committee of Adjustment hereby __________(approves/denies) Consent application No. B10/2020 with conditions as set out in the decision sheet.

  • Recommendation:

    That Committee of Adjustment hereby adjourns at _____ p.m.
